Q: Can I workout with a friend or spouse at Jean Robert’s Gym?
A: Definitely! We believe and understand
in the power of workout partners. Our recommendation
is that initially you begin your fitness routine separately
with the same personal trainer. Once you and your trainer have
solidified a fitness program for you, and your workout partner
has done the same, then you have the option of combining
your training time, and still have the personal attention
from the trainer that knows you both the best!
